Now that you want to book your first personal training session with me there are a few things you need to do.
- Give me a call on 07780 680 189 and I’ll get you booked in on a time and date that suits you.
- I will give you an idea of what kit you’ll need before the 1st training session happens.
- The beginning of your 1st session will entail a short discussion between us so that I can get to know your eating habits, work load and type, availability, current exercise behaviour, some body measurements and likes and dislikes (this will likely take around 30 minutes).
- Then we will spend a full hour going through your specific training programme.
