Single Person Training Session (1 person)

Option 1 – PAY PER BLOCK OF SESSIONS

For those with a busy and changeable lifestyle/diary. Pay upfront for a single session or for a block of sessions at a slightly higher rate per session. This allows you to to cancel/postpone* sessions to a later date and are not tied to a strict number of session every week.

  • 1 session = £35. Pay for each session as you go.
  • 6 sessions = £195 (works out as £33 per session).
  • 12 sessions = £370 (works out as £31 per session).
Option 2 – PAY EVERY 4 WEEKS

For those who are serious about reaching their goals and training on a regular basis. Pay every 4 weeks and get a cheaper rate per session. Sessions can be cancelled/postponed* but MUST be rescheduled for that same week**. Agreed number of sessions expire each week and at the end of the 4 weeks. This will help keep your training consistent and you committed to reaching your goals.

  • 1 session per week (4 sessions) = £115 (works out as £29 per session).
  • 2 sessions per week (8 sessions) = £215 (works out as £27 per session).
  • 3 sessions per week (12 sessions) = £300 (works out as £25 per session).

 

Paired Training Session (2 people)

  • 1 session = £TBC. Pay for each session as you go (£TBC per person).
  • 6 sessions = £TBC (works out as £TBC per session – £TBC per person).
  • 12 sessions = TBC (works out as £TBC per session – £TBC per person).
Option 2 – PAY EVERY 4 WEEKS

For those who are serious about reaching their goals and training on a regular basis. Pay every 4 weeks and get a cheaper rate per session. Sessions can be cancelled/postponed* but MUST be rescheduled for that same week**. Agreed number of sessions expire each week and at the end of the 4 weeks. This will help keep your training consistent and you committed to reaching your goals.

  • 1 session per week (4 sessions) = £165 (works out as £41 per session – £20.50 per person).
  • 2 sessions per week (8 sessions) = £315 (works out as £39 per session – £19.50 per person).
  • 3 sessions per week (12 sessions) = £445 (works out as £37 per session – £18.50 per person).

 

 * Sessions will only be lost if they are cancelled/postponed within the agreed 24 hour notification period for non extenuating circumstances (as agreed in the T’s & C’s).

 

 ** A week is classed from Monday to Sunday.

 

NB: All training sessions are 60 minutes in length. Weight-ins, food diary analysis etc are factored into this hour when required.
Conditions
  • Prices can only be offered when the complete amount is paid up front prior to the 1st session beginning.
  • 1st Personal Training session must commence during the week of purchase.
  • Option 1 – You are permitted to cancel/postpone your sessions to take a break in your training. However, the 24 hour cancellation policy still applies.
  • Option 1 – All sessions will expire 5 months after purchase.
  • Option 2 – You must use the agreed number of sessions each week, every week. Sessions will not roll over to the following week.
  • Option 2 – All sessions will expire 4 weeks after purchase.
  • These sessions are only available for the areas covered (click here for areas).
  • Options 1 & 2 all include an initial 45 minute health assessment.
